Ok, so things have kinda being going win, keeping busy and there is a general drop in stress levels at the moment.  Pod-casts have been going well and had a few bits of news/ surprises that kinda kicked me in the head in a nice fluffy way…

BUT…

That little gremlin, also known as insomnia, has been beating my ass left right and centre, and there is a recurrent black mood that just won’t go away.  I’m getting what I affectionately like to call “Hoover Cable” moments.

You know when you’re running a vacuum over the floor and you accidentally get your feet caught up in the cable, or it snags on something and causes more chaos and destruction in your place than you just cleaned up?  Apply that notion to little things going wrong, a quick jibe from someone or a missed appointment that should really seem insignificant.  I’m getting annoyed at everyone and everything at the moment and I don’t know why…

Put me out of my misery someone.
